How it works
You set your weekly availability. The booking widget appears on your site (we install it). Visitors and existing clients pick a slot. The booking writes to your portal database and pushes to your calendar.
For new visitors
A first-time visitor can book without creating an account. They pick a time, fill in whatever fields you require (name optional, email or phone for confirmation), and the booking is confirmed. The portal account is created automatically when they first log in.
For existing clients
Existing clients see only their own past sessions and the open slots. Booking and rescheduling take one click.
Calendar sync
Two-way sync with iCal and Google Calendar. Bookings made through the portal appear in your usual calendar app. Events you block off in your calendar disappear from the bookable slots.
No fees
We do not take a cut of bookings. Your subscription is the entire cost.
