The Coached plan adds a business coach who works with you on the practice itself: positioning, marketing, your booking funnel, your pricing, the parts of running a small therapy practice that nobody trained you for.
What it isn’t
- Not AI. There is a real person on the other end.
- Not unlimited. The Coached plan covers reasonable usage, in line with running a single therapy practice. It is not a full-time hire.
- Not clinical supervision. Your professional supervision is yours to arrange.
What it is
A back-and-forth working relationship. You share your goals (more clients, fewer no-shows, better positioning, a niche) and your constraints (location, budget, hours), and the coach works through the problems with you.

Switching between plans
The Coached plan is suited to new or struggling practices (under 10 paid sessions a week). When your caseload fills up, you can switch to the Solo plan and keep all the software features. When growth stalls again, switch back.
